A letter from Chef Moreno and his Wife:

Dear friends and food lover,

This is the new cookery class program, made after the last 11 years of experience

Meeting at 10.00 a.m. In Varenna by the ferry landing or by the main square Piazza San Giorgio for who need a transportation, right at Il Caminetto restaurant at 10.30 a.m. for who is travelling by own transportation.

Welcome to the class by cappuccino, coffee, tea and cookies…

Class will start around 10.45 a.m.  You can enjoy your time watching me cooking for you and write your notes and also you can work with me to do something,
por example fold and shape tortelloni or rolling gnocchi, you can decide.

At noon or closer, finally …Italian spuntino (snack time) we will serve you fresh bread salame and cheese from our valley, D.O.C.
wine will served as well.

Back to the cookery lesson, fresh ingredients and passion for a food will be a real star of the class, after you of course, after the cooking demonstration you will enjoy the food prepared at the lunch time around 2.00 p.m.

Wine, mineral water and soft drinks will be available on the table for all of the class time.
At the end a “certificate of attending” signed by Moreno and Rossella and a glass of
limoncello to say you Arrivederci e mille grazie around 3.30 p.m. when we will drop
you back to Varenna

Cost is euro 50.00 p.p. All inclusive
Children under 14 y.o. euro 38,00 p.p. (baby
sitting service isn’t available)
Gluten free and vegetarians, can enjoy the classes too, our privilege.
Credit cards are welcome.
